About the Artist
Talisa Almonte is an Afro-Dominican designer and illustrator based in Queens, NY. She believes in the importance of individuality, diversity, authenticity, and creating messages of positivity. She created unique works of art, stationery, and accessories dedicated to vibrant color, positivity, inclusivity, women empowerment and creative exploration. She hopes that her work brings happiness and relatability to everyone. Her design studio, Almonte Studio, is named in honor of her father.
