    How do I shop on The August Tree?

    Our shop goods are divided into collections, brand categories and types. These options are indicated at the top of our home page. All of our collections and products have descriptions for you to find out all the cool things about our stuff. A link to our blog at the top of the home page will lead you to information about our featured products and inspiration for our collections.

    When you have found that item that is calling your name in a sweet, lilting voice, simply click on it and add to cart. When you are ready to check out, your cart will show you everything you have picked and will give you options for shipping. When you have reviewed your cart and chosen your shipping option, it will lead you to the payments page to complete your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and then your package will be on its way!

    Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    You can shop at theaugusttree.com without creating an account. However, you will be able to enjoy the following options when you register with us:

    Track your orders and review past purchases.

    Save your addresses and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

    And the best part - Be entered automatically for freebies. (Yay!)

    Will The August Tree ship to me?

    The August Tree currently ships to the the United States (48 contiguous states) and internationally to the Philippines (Metro Manila and other major cities.)

    When will my order ship out?

    Usually, your order will be shipped out on the next business day after your order is confirmed.

    Items offered as pre-order will ship out in 7-14 business days, or sooner, as they are available.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    If you are in the United States, it will take 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed to reach you.

    If you are in the Philippines, it will take 7 to 9 business days after your order is confirmed for it to reach you. 

    I am so excited. How do I track my order?

    You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package is despatched. 

    If you have registered for an account, you will be able to check the fulfillment status and tracking number when you log in and check your account details.

    Just in case you have not received a tracking number within three days of the time frame above, please send us an email at sales@theaugusttree.com.

    Is it safe to shop online? What are my payment options?

    Yes, it is definitely safe. But do exercise caution. We suggest that you use a secure computer / private wifi when purchasing anything on the internet.

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify.

    We also accept payments via PayPal and Amazon payments.

    Are the products authentic?

    We are an authorized online distributor for the brands we carry on theaugusttree.com. We unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.

    What is your return policy?

    Please choose carefully because we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. However, if you receive anything faulty, please email us at sales@theaugusttree.com and we will fix this for you straightaway.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    If you made a mistake, we can fix it as long as your order has not shipped out yet. (Please see: When will my order ship out" for the shipment fulfillment schedule.) Please email sales@theaugusttree.com with subject headline: OOPS as soon as possible to let us know.
